SYNOPSIS: DOD is amending DFARS 252.225-7007, Buy American Act -- Trade Agreements Act -- Balance of Payments Program, and DFARS 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements, to add Iceland as a designated country under the Trade Agreements Act, as directed by the United States Trade Representative.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: This final rule amends DFARS 252.227-7007 and DFARS 252.225-7021 to add Iceland to the list of designated countries under the Trade Agreements Act. This action was ordered by the United States Trade Representative because Iceland joined the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement in April 2001.
