ACTION: Final Rule
SYNOPSIS: This rule amends NFS Subpart 1804.71, Uniform Acquisition Instrument Identification, to make changes to the contract identification numbering scheme used by NASA so NASA's Integrated Financial Management System can be implemented.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: NASA is implementing a new Integrated Financial Management System. This new system requires a minor change to the number of digits and sequence of characters used in the contract identification number. This final rule makes these administrative changes to the contract numbering scheme used for NASA contracts, as follows:
