SYNOPSIS: OPM is amending its acquisition regulations to reflect a change of address for the IBCA, which has moved to a new building in Arlington, VA.

EDITOR'S NOTE: OPM's acquisition regulations are Chapter 17 of Title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 31, 2003.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Disputes and appeals involving OPM contracting officer decisions under the Contract Disputes Act are handled by the IBCA. OPM's acquisition regulation, in Part 1733, Protests, Disputes, and Appeals, lists the IBCA's address 4015 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA, which is where it has been located since 1970. However, the IBCA has relocated to 801 North Quincy Street, Arlington, VA. Therefore, OPM is changing the IBCA's address in two places in Part 1733.
