SYNOPSIS: DOD is amending the DFARS to update activity names and Internet addresses.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: The following two changes are made to the DFARS:
- In DFARS 202.101, Definitions, the definition of "contracting activities" is revised under the "Defense Logistics Agency" heading by removing "Office of the Executive Director, Logistics Policy and Acquisition Management" and replacing it with "Office of the Deputy Director, Logistics Operations."
- The Wide Area WorkFlow -- Receipt and Acceptance website is changed from "https://rmb.ogden.disa.mil" to "https://wawf.eb.mil" in paragraph (a)(1) of DFARS 232.7003, Procedures, and DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (for more on Wide Area WorkFlow and other electronic payment request forms, see the December 5, 2003, FEDERAL CONTRACTS DISPATCH "Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS); Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests").
