ACTION: Final Rule
SYNOPSIS: This final rule removes Chapter 35 of Title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the Panama Canal Commission Acquisition Regulation (Parts 3501 through 3599), because the Panama Canal Commission was terminated by Section 121 of Public Law 108-309, Making Continuing Appropriations for the Fiscal Year 2005, effective October 1, 2004.
