SUBJECT: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); Replacement of Personal Property Under the Exchange/Sale Authority
SOURCE: Federal Register, March 11, 2004, Vol. 69, No. 48, page 11539
AGENCIES: Office of Governmentwide Policy, General Services Administration (GSA)
ACTION: Final Rule
SYNOPSIS: In 2001, GSA revised Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) Part 101-46, Replacement of Personal Property Pursuant to the Exchange/Sale Authority, and then moved it to the FMR as Part 102-39, Replacement of Personal Property Pursuant to the Exchange/Sale Authority. This move, and the movement of other FPMR parts to the FMR, have invalidated several cross-references in FMR Part 102-39, so this final rule amends FMR Part 102-39 by updating the cross-references.
EDITOR'S NOTE: For more on the revision of FPMR Part 101-46 and its movement to the FMR as Part 102-39, see the September 21, 2001, FEDERAL CONTRACTS DISPATCH "Federal Management Regulation (FMR); Replacement of Property Under the Exchange/Sale Authority."
The FMR is Chapter 102 of Title 41 of the CFR. The FMR is available at http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/programView.do?pageTypeId=8199&ooid=14205&programPage=%2Fep%2Fprogram%2FgsaDocument.jsp&programId=8922&channelId=-14864.
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 11, 2004.
