ACTION: Interim and Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-16 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) implementation of Wage Determinations OnLine (WDOL); (2) termination or cancellation of purchase orders; (3) contracts with religious entities; and (4) commercial items contract terms required to implement statutes or executive orders.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is March 22, 2007.
