ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-25 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) Federal Procurement Data System reporting; (2) Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS); (3) revisions to the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS); (4) use of products containing recovered materials in service and construction contracts; (5) tax delinquencies; (6) enhanced access for small business; and (7) technical amendment.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is April 22, 2008, except that the effective date for items (4), (5), and (6) are May 22, 2008. Comments on items (1) and (2) should be submitted no later than June 23, 2008.
