ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-33 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) Trade Agreements -- Costa Rica, Oman, and Peru; and (2) contractor's request for progress payments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is June 15, 2009, for Item I, and July 15, 2009, for Item II. Comments on Item I should be submitted no later than August 14, 2009.
