ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-38 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) revocation of Executive Order 13201, Notification of Employee Rights Concerning Payment of Union Dues or Fees; (2) governmentwide commercial purchase card restrictions for Treasury Offset Program debts; (3) Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6); (4) Federal Food Donation Act of 2008; (5) postretirement benefits; (6) travel costs; and (7) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is December 10, 2009, except Items V and VI are effective January 11, 2010, and Item II is effective February 1, 2010.
