ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-43 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) government property; (2) the Registry of Disaster Response Contractors; (3) Recovery Act subcontract reporting procedures; (4) clarification of criteria for sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns; and (5) trade agreements thresholds.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is August 2, 2010, except Items III and V are effective July 2, 2010.
