ACTION: Final and Interim Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-45 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following areas: (1) inflation adjustment of acquisition-related thresholds; (2) definition of cost or pricing data; and (3) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act - Buy American Requirements for construction material.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is October 1, 2010.
