ACTION: Interim and Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-60 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) reporting executive compensation and first-tier subcontract awards; (2) payments under time-and-materials and labor-hour contracts; (3) extension of sunset date for protests of task and delivery orders;(4) Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) – New Mexico Tax Agreement; (5) clarification of standards for computer generation of forms; and (6) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is August 27, 2012, except Item III is effective July 26, 2012.
