ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-69 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) definition of contingency operation; (2) Iran threat reduction; (3) documenting contractor performance; (4) repeal of sunset for certain protests of task and delivery order contracts; (5) least developed countries that are designated countries; (6) update to biobased reporting requirements; and (7) technical amendments.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is August 1, 2013, except Items III, IV, V, and VI are effective September 3, 2013.
