ACTION: Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-72 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) service contracts reporting requirements; (2) prioritizing sources of supplies and services for use by government; (3) terms of service and open-ended indemnification, and unenforceability of unauthorized obligations; and (4) trade agreements thresholds.
DATES: The effective date for these rules is January 30, 2014, except Item III is effective December 31, 2013, and Item IV is effective January 1, 2014.
