ACTION: Interim and Final Rules
SYNOPSIS: The Federal Acquisition Secretariat is issuing FAC 2005-86 to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in the following subject areas: (1) definition of “multiple-award contract"; (2) sole source contracts for women-owned small businesses; (3) new designated countries - Montenegro and New Zealand ; and (4) trade agreements thresholds.
DATES: The effective date for Item II is December 31, 2015; the effective date for Item IV is January 1, 2016; and the effective date for Items I and III is February 1, 2016.
